HOW CAN I UPGRADE MY PLAN?

If you feel like you’re going to need more elements than previously discussed, just let me know and we can work out some options that meet your new needs and budget.

WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

There is a deposit at the start of each project and the rest of the payment schedule is discussed before we begin. If you opt for a payment plan for your website development, one will be set up and agreed upon before we start your project.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

I accept cash, cheque, Interac E-Transfer and Paypal and Stripe. Credit card payments are available through Stripe and can be paid for directly from the invoice.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY PAYMENT PLAN ENDS?

If you still want to receive regular updates a cost will be arranged based on amount and frequency. If not, you will be billed $90/year (to be paid upfront) for hosting of your website.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I REACH A PREDEFINED TIME LIMIT FOR VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE WORK?

If you are approaching the limit of time you have pre-paid for, I will alert you of the situation and we can discuss further payment based on your needs for the remainder of the month.

HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT INFO?

Credit card payments are made through Stripe. This is an internationally known and secure system and will be processed inside their system and not on this site.
